What is Meant:

Close up Magic: Magic which is personal. One on One participation with the spectators.

Table Hopping:  Magic where the performer moves from table to table to entertain. Also close up and used where event has tables where clients are seated, such as weddings and restaurants.

Kiddie Magic: A "Toned Down" magic specifically designed to entertain children. Normally contains a performance of a comedic nature.

Corporate magic: A Specially designed, upmarket show set to entertain large groups of people from a specified company. Many times this performance entails certain group activities to get teamwork and moral up.

Bizarre Magic: Magic which entails small stories. Many times contains performances of a scary nature such as ghostly, bloody and scary props. But  is not necessarily of that nature.

Stage Magic: Magic specifically Designed for the stage. Not close or personal for spectators.

Comedy Magic: Magic with a comedic and humorous side to it.

Escapology: The ability to entertain by escaping from various bindings and situations. Some of the more common bindings used... Chains, Ropes, Straitjackets, Handcuffs, Thumb cuffs, Cable Ties, Mailbags and various other.

Stilt Walking: Performers who walk around on long, specially designed stilts. Many times the performers will incorporate juggling or balloon sculpting while walking around on the stilts.

Juggling: Performers who juggle various objects. Some standard objects used... balls, rings, clubs, knives and fire.

Unicycle: Performers who ride around on cycles with only one wheel. Much dexterity and balance is required.

Balloon Sculpting: Performers who create various items from balloons for the spectators. Motorcycles, Dogs, Cats, Parrots, Horses, Monkeys, Teddy bears, Flowers and MANY more,  can be made depending on the performer.

Clowning: Performers who use silly and comedic antics to entertain the audience.

Mimes: Similar to clowns but with no props or vocal sounds.

Horror Make up: The Ability to create realistic looking wounds from special make up. Normally used on Halloween.
